Description

This is the name of the family of lighting fixtures that Francesco Librizzi, a young Sicilian architect based in Milan, designed for the first time for Fontana Arte. Setareh was born from the theme of giving body to light. The lamp composed of three spheres magically suspended inside a thin metal structure. A play of masses and circular trajectories generates a balanced design of gravitational dynamics. The light emanated spreads over the surrounding space and irradiates the frame. The reflections of the metal make the luminous field visible, the space influenced by the light, its aura. The result is a collection of light fixtures, available in the table and suspension versions in multiple models, of extraordinary poetic grace. Its vocation is that of large spaces, double heights and architectures that can also accommodate large compositions of multiple elements. A firmament of Setareh, a star from the ancient Farsi language.
